You must be 18 or older, provide your correct name and phone number, have a valid email address, and hold an active mobile banking account.
Identity verification using a National ID or passport may be required before making a withdrawal or placing bets above a certain limit.
Keep your account password private. Sharing it with anyone else is the user's own responsibility. If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact jlbd support immediately.
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
All users are encouraged to read the betting rules carefully before placing any bets on jlbd. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
Warning: Any involvement in match fixing or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.
